Our policy
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unused items with original packaging. Monogrammed and personalised items are final sale.
How it works
- Request a return from your account — no need to contact us first.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 35 days.
- Store credit can be used on any future order, in part or in full.
